We had a very nastey thunder storm roll in right in the middle of the fight and I lost my internet connection. It didnt come back untill later that night. I got a few rounds in though. It sucked I was just getting warmed up. Stupid mother nature and her life giving rain. Guys I think we need a rematch this coming weekend.

i couldnt stay becasue i forgo, i had lost all my snipeing skillz playing pr for 2months :/ so i was shooting the m95 and thinking "dam, this is innaccurate" so i decided i'd leave before i got pwned anymore..

hey guys ,in particular the american ones, f i set the next fight to 22:00 CEST (UTC +01:00 ; NO kama your not CEST your GMT/UTC +00:00 LOL) it would be better ?
that would be 3h later so 3:00 pm /9:00 am. if you got any other suggestions plz tell me =)

could be... better is dumping the cd and using some virtual drive software as alcohol <newestversion>% or deamon tools.

yep, I've been running the game since day one with daemon-tool's disk emulator. It's perfect. I have a good mini-image for you if you need one. It only takes 4MB on your HD, and it mounts as an exact copy of your BF2 CD.

I never had an authentic BF2 cd in my hands. What do they look like???

Replacing the bf2.exe like you did is not the best solution. Worst case scenario is that you re-installed the whole game, but do a defrag before you re-install the game. You might save a few seconds everytime you load a map.
