UPDATED 10th AUGUSTY 2010

   All 5 servers are now on line with the new provider, all 5 have 6 BOTS on, so no waiting for a game.  They are all located in Chicago apart from the SLAUGHTER HOUSE server, that's in Amsterdam.  For us European players, it means a ping of 50 instead of 136.  I have the option to change it to Chicago, if it does not work out.
